To promote fellowship among the branches and members, a National Show, hosted by one or more of the branches is held annually. The location alternates between the eastern and western areas of the nation. The Regional Shows, hosted by one or more branches within each of the six regions, may be held annually. The National/Regional Show Coordinator selects the branches to host the national and regional shows in numerical order, by branch number. Ideally, this is done two years in advance which gives the branches adequate time to plan for these special shows. If a branch declines their opportunity to host a show the opportunity is passed to the next branch number. Branches may combine with one or more branches and host a show together. The Board of Directors approves the dates, locations, and host branches. The National sends $1000.00 to the branch hosting the National Show and $300.00 to each of the 6 branches hosting Regional Shows each year. To determine the sequence of a branch’s position on the show schedule contact the National/Regional Show Coordinator or the National Secretary listed on the Administration web page. Branches chosen to host the National and Regional shows are selected as follows:

Montana State University Ag Research Center/Huntley Museum of Irrigated Agriculture Grounds
located east of Huntley, Montana on Hwy 312.
Featuring International Harvester tractors and equipment. Camping is available in Billings at the KOA Kampgrounds, 547 Garden Ave. (406) 252-3104, Eastwood Estates 1803 US Hwy 87 East (406) 245-7733, and Trailer Village, 325 So. Billings Blvd (406) 248-8685.
There is also limited dry camping at the Museum of Irrigated Agriculture next to the show grounds.
The National Meeting will be held after the show on Saturday the 18th. The dinner will also be held at the grounds after the show. The show ends at 4 pm so the dinner and meeting will be held sometime after that. We will send out an RSVP request with all the informational packets to all the branches in an effort to determine our dinner needs, pricing information will also be included.
