Procedures for becoming a branch of EDGE&TA:

• Fill out the Application to join EDGE&TA and submit to Carrie Jo Parmley.  She will forward this to the Board of Directors for approval. If approved she will notify you and you can then proceed as follows.
  
  

• Fill out the EDGE&TA Branch Officer Form along with a membership list.  Effective with 2011 dues, make a check payable to EDGE&TA for $8.00 per person  (For Dues and Benefits) and forward to Carrie Jo Parmley.15246 Seven League Road, Tyler, TX 75703.  You will be assigned a branch number and membership cards and other information will be sent to you.

• Send Branch Event Information you want displayed on your Branch's individual web page directly to Web Master, Sally Walker, to be placed on the website.  Please include date, name of event, address of event, contact person & information and a brief description of the event activities.  You may also submit flyers as an email attachment or by snail mail to: Sally Walker, 755 Saratoga Dr., Saratoga Springs, UT 84045.  To have your event listed on the EDGE&TA Event Calendar, submit the information on the Calendar Event Report Form.

All forms, except the Calendar Event Submission, are working now. Thank you so much for your patience these past few weeks.

 

		Membership Form can be filled out, printed and mailed.
Branch Officers Form MUST be completed EVERY year (even if no changes are made) and kept current		Branch Directors Form MUST be completed EVERY year (even if no changes are made) and kept current
